Vincent has received a law degree (Mag.iur) at the University of Vienna and is fluent in German and English. After having gained vast dispute resolution experience at an Austrian top tier law firm representing national and international corporations in numerous complex proceedings before Austrian courts, Vincent joined petsche pollak in 2020. Since then, Vincent has represented numerous corporations and high-level individuals in investigation and criminal court proceedings before Austrian prosecuting authorities and criminal courts as well as international corporations in civil proceedings especially defending them against product liability claims.

The cases he has worked on include the representation of the leading Austrian construction company in the criminal proceedings in connection with the Austrian “construction cartel”, the representation of an Austrian businessman in criminal proceedings in connection with an alleged bribe of the former vice-chancellor of Austria and the representation of a leading international manufacturer of medical devices against product liability claims. Given his past as a successful semi-professional American Football player (multiple Austrian and European champion and former member of Austria’s junior national team), Vincent is a strong team player, who always puts the success of his clients first and works relentlessly to achieve this goal.
